vbd8's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher VIP tier is determined based on a member's activity and participation on the platform.

All betting and gaming activities on vbd8 are governed by the following general principles:

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is disrupted due to a disconnection or technical issue, the vbd8 team will assess the situation and make a decision.

6.2 Live Betting

Information provided during live event betting may not always reflect the latest update. All live bets will be settled according to the rules and conditions of the specific event.

6.3 Errors and Technical Issues

vbd8 reserves the right to correct any odds, amounts, or results displayed incorrectly due to a software or system error. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be cancelled by vbd8, in which case the deposit will be returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vbd8 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information
• Strategic misuse of bonus conditions (bonus hunting / arbitrage)
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games
• Attempting to access or steal another member's account details
• Unauthorised access to the platform's systems or hacking attempts
• Collusion (unfair arrangement with other players)
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Betting with third-party funds
• Spreading false information or content that damages vbd8's reputation

vbd8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to provide documents requested for verification
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns
• Evidence of an account being operated on behalf of a minor

In the event of account closure where no breach of terms has occurred, any remaining valid funds will be returned via the relevant payment method. However, in cases of fraud or policy violation, the balance may be forfeited.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via our 24/7 live chat support. Any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any pending bonuses will be cancelled.
